Week 131: BIRTHDAY

Time for a brand new cue word challenge here at CASology!  How about a word that we can all relate to!

Do you still like to celebrate your 1/2 birthdays or have you moved into that stage of the birthday game where, unless someone mentions it, you like to conveniently forget your birthdays?  Age is merely a number and this cue word is merely a springboard for your creativity!  You don't even have to make a birthday themed card!  What does this cue word make you think of?

We have one of our wonderful sponsors returning this week!

STAMPlorations is joining us again and offering this week's winner their choice of either a $10 gift certificate to the online store OR their choice of any 2 ARTplorations stencils!  The stencils are brand new to the store this year!

Also, during this week's challenge, you can take advantage of 10% off in the online store using code CASology during checkout!

Now let's go ahead and take a look at what the design team and this week's guest designer created for inspiration!

Ribbon or twine can be CAS when used in small doses.

Joyce

Let your sentiment take center stage.

Judy

Adding small colored gems to match your inks can be fun and CAS!

Kimberly

Lots of white space, simple and uncluttered = CAS.

Kymona

Adding your sentiment under your focal point, keeps the card CAS.

May
design defined:
Mix your stamps from different companies to create your own scene.
design defined:
Fun techniques can be a part of a CAS design, especially when contained within a defined area.

Tracey

Now go have fun creating your CAS design and don't forget to link up here on the challenge blog by Monday at NOON (CST)!
